BANJAN’S IT & NHPS Computer Services offers an Assembly Service for customers who prefer to choose all their own components and software, but require experienced technicians who will assemble the system with the utmost attention.
The following Assembly service are offered (Windows & Mac Computers)Full Assembly & Software installed (With all Updates) -
$99.00 Inc. GST Standard Fee

B. Repairs and Trouble-Shooting
BANJAN’S IT & NHPS Computer Services offers a Return to Base (RTB) Service for computer product’s whether they were purchased from us or another source.

Standard Back to Base Servicing (1-2 day turn around) - Windows and CMac Computers.

Standard Call Out Servicing Charge
B$50 + GST Base Fee (Local - Area Only within the 50 km radius)
$30.00 per 1/2 Hour + GST thereafter

Standard Call Out Servicing Charge
B$70 + GST Base Fee (Outside - Local area, of the 50 km radius)
$30.00 per 1/2 Hour + GST thereafter

C. Computer Reloads
BANJAN’S IT & NHPS Computer Services offers a Return "Computer Reload Service" for computer product’s whether they were purchased from us or another source.
After we have call out to your premises (which a call out fee applies) and diagnose the problem incorporated according to this service, the following applies.
AStandard Computer Reload Service and data transfer (1-2 day turn around unless other parts are required) - Windows and Mac Computers
From a base fee of $129.00 to *$149.00 Inc. GST

D. ON-SITE Networking, Training and Installation
Networking - What We Specialise In
Common networking issues include printer and file sharing capabilities, server problems, LAN (Local Area Network) troubleshooting and setup issues, and internet connection issues on 56k dial-up, ADSL, ISDN and cable modems.

Training - What We Specialise In
Our technician’s will conduct one hour of training on the products and programs of your choice. Training can generally include, but is not limited to the following:
the use of the operating system (Training is available on Windows & Mac Computers).
the use of the internet and using search engines like Google on the internet
the use of email and sending email’s
the use of Microsoft office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
the arranging of the files saved on your computer

Installation - What We Specialise In
Our technicians will conduct the installation of NEW software and hardware that you require and give you as much training in the use of the new software or hardware as possible within the 1 hour service time frame. Additional time if required by the customer is charged by the 1/2 hour.
Network call out, Training and Installation fee (minimum 1 hour) $77.00 includes GST and $30 per 1/2 hour thereafter + GST.

* This fee includes reload of your current OS (Operating System) and data recovery and transfer of your files
A The Operating System reload Includes, Service packs, Updates, Motherboard drivers, Antivirus install on Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OSX 10.4, 10.5, 10.6 (Must have a Genuine original licence key and if possible, a genuine OS disc.)
B The “Base Fee” which is a call out fee. includes the 1st hour for assessing the problem of your computer or laptop.
C All Mac computers and laptops have the same fees as a Windows PC, except when dissembling (pulling down) a Mac computer or laptop, to correct a fault or further assessment is required: Additional one off fee of $45.00 inc. GST.
